Shipping policy
Order Processing Time All our candles are unique and individually hand-poured to order. We are dedicated to quality, so please allow 2 to 5 business days for us to craft and prepare your order for shipment.
Note: This processing time is separate from the shipping time. You will receive an email confirmation right after your purchase, and a second email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We ship to Ireland, the United Kingdom, and select European countries. If you do not see your country at checkout, please contact us for a custom quote. All our shipments are tracked.
1. Shipping within Ireland
- FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over €60.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 1-3 business days after dispatch.
2. Shipping to Northern Ireland
- FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over £55.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 2-4 business days after dispatch.
3. Shipping to the United Kingdom (excluding NI)
- FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over £100.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 3-7 business days after dispatch.
- Please note: Orders shipped to the UK may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Select European Countries (Germany, Belgium, France, Netherlands, Luxembourg)
- FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over €120.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 5-10 business days after dispatch.
5. Other Countries
- Don't see your country at checkout? We may still be able to ship to you! Please contact us here with your address and the items you'd like to order, and we will provide you with a custom shipping quote.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes Faine Candle is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer. This is particularly relevant for orders shipped to the UK and any other non-EU destinations.
Incorrect Address & Returned Parcels Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot modify it once dispatched. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the original shipping cost is non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. You can also email us directly at info@fainecandle.com.
Important Note Please be aware that the "ship by" date (when it leaves our studio) is not the same as the "delivery" date (when it arrives).
- Ship-By Date: The date your package leaves our studio.
- Delivery Date: The date your package arrives at your address.
Estimated delivery times may be longer during peak holiday seasons due to postal service overloads.
